Business Manager & Senior Paralegal
With more than 30 years of experience in the legal field, with an emphasis on business and real estate law, Norina’s work experience has included assisting with the discovery process on several high-profile legal cases.
Norina attended Rasmussen College to earn her paralegal degree. In June 2012, Norina attended the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and was appointed to the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, beginning a second three year term on February 1, 2016.
In addition to serving as a member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, Norina also serves as a member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board Opinion Committee which makes recommendations regarding the Board’s issuance of opinions on questions of professional conduct.
Norina is a Minnesota certified paralegal and also serves as the Director of Professional Development on the Minnesota Paralegal Association Board of Directors.
Locally, she served as a councilwoman and planning commissioner for Spring Park, Minnesota; and is a founding member of the Lake Community Coalition for Drug Prevention, which provides community programs aimed at preventing drug abuse among teenagers and young adults.
Cassie began her legal career in 2002, drafting and editing appeals for the St. Paul-based office of the court-appointed Monitor of the Black Farmer’s Class Action Settlement. This involved working with race discrimination in U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) farm loan programs, requiring compassion and professionalism. Cassie currently specializes in the preparation of pleadings and assists in the implementation of real property division for all clients within our firm.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and her Paralegal Degree from Inver Hills Community College.
CPA (inactive), Accountant
Debbie began her professional career at a Minnesota CPA firm, performing a full array of accounting services for businesses and individuals. Her more recent experience includes a position with another Twin Cities law firm. She is a graduate of the accounting program at Hennepin Technical College and is member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
