We are conveniently located in The Colonnade Building in Golden Valley, just 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis on I-394.
You can't miss The Colonnade — it's a 16-story office building with a pyramid on top in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of I-394 and Park Place/Xenia Avenue.
From the north or east of downtown Minneapolis
Take I-94 West to I-394
Take the Park Place/Xenia exit
Turn right on to Xenia Avenue
Turn right immediately into the parking ramp adjacent to the Colonnade
From west of downtown Minneapolis
Take I-394 east to the Park Place/Xenia exit
Turn left across I-394
Turn right into the parking ramp adjacent to the Colonnade
From south of downtown Minneapolis
Take Hwy. 100 north to I-394 West
Take the Park Place/Xenia exit
Turn right onto Xenia Avenue
Turn right immediately into the parking ramp adjacent to the Colonnade

- After parking, follow the signs to the ramp vestibule
- Take the elevator or the stairs to the Colonnade lobby
- From the lobby, take the building elevators to the 10th Floor
