Beth Wiberg Barbosa, Associate Attorney

Beth brings 12 years of family law experience.  She is known as a strong but compassionate advocate with both litigation and negotiating skills.  A native of the Twin Cities, Beth has an undergraduate degree in political science and received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1998.  She is a qualified Rule 114 Neutral.  She has served as a guardian ad litem and has provided volunteer legal advice to community non-profit organizations.   She has represented clients in the full range of family law matters – property division, spousal maintenance, custody, parenting time, child support, domestic abuse and post-decree actions.  In June 2012, Beth attended the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and currently serves on the District Ethics Committee.  And, as is fitting with our firm, she is a long-distance runner.
